It offers commercial loans, such as acquisition, development, and construction loans; income-producing and owner-occupied commercial real estate loans; senior housing loans; and commercial and industrial loans. In addition, the company offers retail loans, including residential mortgages, marine vessels, cash value life insurance line of credit, and other consumer loans, as well as loans held-for-sale. Further, it provides commercial treasury management services which includes balance reporting, transfers between accounts, wire transfer initiation, ACH origination and stop payments; senior housing lending, marine lending, and government guaranteed lending; warehouse lending; debit cards; and telephone banking. In addition, the company offers online banking solutions comprising access to account balances, online transfers, online bill payment and electronic delivery of customer statements, mobile banking solutions; direct deposits; cashier's checks; wire transfer services; automated clearing house services; and cash management deposit products consist of remote deposit capture, positive pay, zero balance accounts and sweep accounts. The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
