It is also developing its products for the prevention of allograft rejection in kidney transplantation and xenotransplantation. The company has a collaboration agreement with eGenesis, Inc.; and a strategic collaboration with NewcelX Ltd. for the development of the NCEL-101 therapy for Type 1 Diabetes. The company was formerly known as Novus Therapeutics, Inc. and changed its name to Eledon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in January 2021. Eledon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is headquartered in Irvine, California.
