The company offers ETUARY (Pirfenidone), an anti-fibrotic drug approved for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; and under Phase 3 trials for the treatment of pneumoconiosis. It is also involved in the development of F351 (Hydronidone), a structural derivative of ETUARY, under Phase 3 trials for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB)-associated liver fibrosis; and completed Phase 1 trials for the treatment of liver fibrosis associated with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis. In addition, the company develops F573 is in Phase 2 clinical trials for the treatment of acute/acute-on-chronic liver failure. Further, its preclinical products include F230 for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension; and F528 to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
