The company develops agenT-797, an off-the-shelf, allogeneic, and native iNKT cell therapy that is in Phase 2 clinical trial for the clinical safety and efficacy of the combination of agenT-797, botensilimab and balstilimab with ramucirumab and paclitaxel for patients with previously treated, advanced esophageal, gastric, or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma; Phase 1 trial as a monotherapy in combination with anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitors, pembrolizumab, and nivolumab for refractory solid tumor cancers; and Phase 1 trial for the treatment of moderate to severe viral acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). It is also developing MiNK-215, an IL-15 armored tumor stromal targeting the FAP-CAR-iNKT program to treat solid tumors and inflammation; and MiNK-413, an IL-15 armored CAR-iNKT program targeting B cell maturation antigen for autoimmune diseases, including in graft-versus-host disease prevention. The company has collaborations with Autonomous Therapeutics to target and treat metastatic tumors; ImmunoScape, Inc. to discover and develop T-cell receptor therapies against targets in solid tumors; and C-Further for the development of PRAME-targeted iNKT cell therapy for pediatric cancers. The company was formerly known as AgenTus Therapeutics, Inc. and changed its name to MiNK Therapeutics, Inc. in June 2021. The company was incorporated in 2017 and is based in New York, New York.
