It develops MT-601, which is in Phase 1 trials for the treatment of lymphoma and pancreatic cancer; and MT-401-OTS, which is in a Phase 1 trial for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. The company was formerly known as TapImmune, Inc. and changed its name to Marker Therapeutics, Inc. in October 2018. Marker Therapeutics, Inc. was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
